Attending RGC2025, hosted by the visionary minds at REALM Global, was one of those moments.

This wasn’t just another luxury real estate summit.
It was a call to rise, to reconnect with purpose, and to surround yourself with a level of excellence that challenges you to become a more intentional, more aligned version of yourself—not just as a professional, but as a human.

A Room Like No Other

The REALM community is more than a network. It is a curated alignment of the top 1% of real estate professionals globally—leaders who choose connection over competition, who measure success not only by volume, but by values.

Walking into that room, I wasn’t thinking about production numbers. I was thinking about alignment, legacy, and elevation.

And from the very first conversation, I knew I was in the right place.

Wisdom That Stays With You

The speakers didn’t just speak. They stirred something.

  • Chad Foster, blind since his early twenties, stood on stage and declared:

    “Take advantage of your disadvantages.”
    He reframed adversity not as a setback—but as an ignition point for growth. It was impossible to walk away without reflecting on the ways I, too, can lead from strength forged in struggle.

  • Chad Willardson, with his unwavering clarity, challenged us to go all in:

    “You’ll never learn to ride the bike by listening to podcasts. At some point, you have to push the pedals.”
    The lesson? We can’t coast our way into greatness. We must choose action over perfection, every single day.

  • Kathleen Black, with the calm power of someone who has been through the fire and came back refined, reminded us:

    “You’re built to win.”
    She taught us to lead from inner alignment, not outer chaos—to tune in before we hustle out.

  • And of course, Julie Faupel, founder of REALM, who reminded us all that:

    “Luxury is not about price. It’s about experience.”
    Her vision created more than an event—it created a portal into what real estate can become when it’s infused with soul.
